RETURN POLICY: Multi-Cam will immediately replace any defective camera that has not been misused or abused with the same or similar model within one year of date of purchase.

RETURNS MUST be authorized prior to sending your camera back for replacement. Under no circumstances will Multi-Cam accept or be responsible for cameras sent back to us without an RMA number. Please contact the Multi-Cam technical department about your problem or issue by mailing Multi-Cam Tech Support before returning your camera.
